Justin Bieber just made a BIG move.
If you’ve got tickets to go see the Peaches singer on his Justice tour, well, we’ve got some bad news for you. Fans of the 28-year-old received an email early Tuesday morning that the remainder of his tour — which includes 70 dates — has been officially canceled. The news was confirmed by Twitter account Justice Tour Updates shortly after in a tweet:
“Justin Bieber has officially CANCELLED the remaining dates of his “Justice World Tour”. Check in with your point of purchase for refunds for your show dates.”
Wow… With all this recent drama between his wife Hailey Bieber, and ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez, we can’t help but wonder if some of the stress informed his decision…
If you haven’t seen, there’s been TONS of old clips circulating where the Never Say Never singer is seen reflecting on his relationship with Hailey, and we’ll just say, we wouldn’t be thrilled if we were her. See an example from a 2020 interview with Demi Lovato on Ellen where he calls his marriage “arranged,” below:
Ouch! After all these interviews have resurfaced, maybe he just doesn’t want to subject himself to possibly further fanning the flames?? Or maybe he feels like he needs to be at home to smooth things over??
Bieber had previously postponed future tour dates back in September 2022 after a show in Rio de Janeiro the same month, writing on his Instagram Story at the time:
“Earlier this year, I went public about my battle with Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome, where my face was partially paralyzed. As the result of this illness, I was not able to complete the North American leg of the Justice tour. After resting and consulting with my doctors, family, and team, I went to Europe in an effort to continue with the tour. I performed six live shows, but it took a real toll on me. This past weekend, I performed at Rock in Rio, and I gave everything I have to the people in Brazil. After getting off the stage, the exhaustion overtook me, and I realized that I need to make my health the priority right now. So I’m going to take a break from touring for the time being. I’m going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better.”
Well, through everything, we hope JB — AND his marriage — are alright. What are YOUR thoughts? Do you think the cancelation has to do with the Hailey/Selena drama? Let us know in the comments down below!
