Kaley Cuoco brightens up the Emmy Awards in busty neon green gown with thigh-high slit as she makes her first red carpet appearance following divorce from Karl Cook

Newly single Kaley Cuoco looked nothing short of amazing as she attended the 73rd Emmy Awards on Sunday.

The actress, who is up for Lead Actress in a Comedy for her role in The Flight Attendant, flashed ample cleavage in a plunging Vera Wang neon green dress with thigh-high slit.

Kaley, 35, got heads turning as she made her first appearance on the red carpet since filing for divorce from husband Karl Cook.

All eyes on her! Newly single Kaley Cuoco looked nothing short of amazing as she attended the 73rd Emmy Awards on Sunday

Kaley’s low-cut dress put her ample cleavage on full display while cinching into her svelte waist.

The gown contained frilly spaghetti straps and a floorlength train that billowed several feet on the floor behind Kaley.

In keeping with the fun-loving theme, Kaley rocked a messy ponytail with several loose strands of her blonde hair cascading on either side of her face.

Her fringe skimmed over her stunning complexion, accented with a touch of blush and shimmering eye shadow.

Head-turning display: There was no missing Cuoco in her very vibrant and stylish look

She knows the drill! Kaley is a regular at the Emmy Awards, having routinely attended the show since 2009 thanks to her hit series The Big Bang Theory

Finishing off the glam look were her matching neon green heels and a dazzling watch.

Tonight, however, the actress has been nominated for her role of Cassie, an alcoholic stewardess who wakes up one morning to find the man she went to bed with has had his throat slashed.

In addition to Kaley’s nod, the show has earned Emmy nominations for Best Comedy Series and Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for co-star Rosie Perez.

COVID compliant: The 73rd annual awards show that celebrates the best of television will have a ‘limited’ number of guests (about 500) and nominees on the red carpet as well as event staff

Say cheese! The former Big Bang Theory star beamed with joy on the carpet

In a joint statement to People, the pair wrote, ‘Despite a deep love and respect for one another, we have realized that our current paths have taken us in opposite directions. We have both shared so much of our journey publicly so while we would prefer to keep this aspect of our personal life private, we wanted to be forthcoming in our truth together. There is no anger or animosity, quite the contrary.

‘We have made this decision together through an immense amount of respect and consideration for one another and request that you do the same in understanding that we will not be sharing any additional details or commenting further.’

Cook is an equestrian, regularly competing in horse shows across the country. The two met at a horse show in 2016.

The 2021 Emmy Awards will take place on Sunday evening at L.A. Live’s Event Deck, a space that offers indoor and outdoor locations for the big event.

The host is Cedric The Entertainer, 57, who promises to make the show more ‘fun’ and less ‘stuffy,’ he said during a press gather in Los Angeles this week.

The Television Academy has announced that the September 19 ceremony will once again be slightly different this year, owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 73rd annual awards show that celebrates the best of television will have a ‘limited’ number of guests (about 500) and nominees on the red carpet as well as event staff.

And attendees have to show proof of vaccination and a negative test result.
