Law enforcement has confirmed that the star was involved in some sort of argument in downtown LA, according to the outlet.
The altercation is said to have taken place near to the private members club Soho Warehouse, where the star allegedly pushed and punched a male fan after he asked for an autograph, the station reported.
No arrests were made and LAPD is currently investigating the case, a media relations officer for LAPD confirmed to Rolling Stone.
TMZ has published a video filmed “sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning”, in which the star can be heard yelling, “Did y’all say that or not? Did y’all say that or not? … Cuz that’s what happened right fucking now.”
A law enforcement insider speaking to the publication alleges that the case is being investigated as "misdemeanor battery", a crime that "carries a maximum jail sentence of 6 months".

"I was impressed. After the play, we chose to do dinner at Carbone which is one of my favorite restaurants. Obviously.
"At the restaurant, Ye directed an entire photoshoot for me while people dined! The whole restaurant loved it and cheered us on while it was happening."
