Appearing on an episode of Vicky Pattison’s The Secret To podcast, the former Geordie Shore star said to Kate: ‘I just want to say, you look unreal at the minute Kate.
‘So good, it’s to the point where obviously I’m all for women supporting women but I look at your f***ing Instagram and I think ‘look at that c**’. You’re that good looking! What’s with the bod lass? You’ve had a baby!’
A slightly blushing Kate laughed and thanked the presenter, as she explained: ‘I’ve always been into my workouts, I love working out.
‘I do like to look good, I’m not going to lie, but also mentally my life is so manic that that hour in the morning just calms me.’

But continuing that it’s not just about looking good on the outside, Kate added that she is now trying to be healthy and look after her body from the inside out.
‘I’m on a whole new thing though. I have started looking after my body from the inside. I feel like everyone always wants to go gym, and get their hair done and look good but I have started trying to take care internally – and I feel like that might be helping,’ she explained.
The star went on to detail that she shares the workouts with fans as they often reach out to share that it ‘inspires them’.
