Katie Price has reportedly landed a new documentary series which will see her learn to be a paramedic.

The 42 year old, who was recently fuming after a woman sent racy messages to her boyfriend Carl Woods, will allegedly train to become a Volunteer Emergency Responder in the three-part programme.

The project comes off the success of her recent documentary with 18 year old son Harvey, who is partially blind, autistic and suffers from Prader Willi Syndrome, called Katie Price: Harvey and Me.

The training she will receive in the upcoming reported show will not mean she's an official paramedic, but would allow her to work alongside the UK ambulance trusts, where volunteers work shifts alongside paramedics.

According to The Sun Online, she'll be qualified to attend 999 incidents as well, with the only exceptions being maternity, paediatrics under eight years old and mental health calls.

A source told the publication: "It'll be along the lines of Emma Willis's show, Delivering Babies, or Famous and Fighting Crime.

"Katie will learn all the real life skills she needs and they won't go easy on her because she's a celebrity. It's something Katie's wanted to do for years and she's really looking forward to filming next month."

The former glamour model's representative added: "Katie has made no secret of her dreams of becoming a paramedic.

"It is true these dreams are set to become a reality as we are engaged in talks to film Katie's own documentary following her training and on the front line as she responds to emergency calls."

OK! Online has approached Katie's representative for further comment.

Back in 2017, the star expressed her wishes to become a paramedic, boldly stating: "I'm training to be a paramedic. Yes, I am. It's a five-year course and you can work and do it at the same time."

“I had started training to be a nurse when I left school and I love all that kind of stuff. I start the course soon," she told heat magazine.

It comes as Katie recently urged everyone to get the coronavirus vaccine despite her son Harvey having a reaction to the jab.

The star's eldest son Harvey was taken to hospital on Saturday 6 February after he was given the Oxford/Astrazeneca injection the day before.

Katie later updated fans to explain he's home and well. Speaking while sat next to her beloved son in a clip posted on her Instagram story, Katie said: “Harvey is all good, so because of Harvey’s complex needs and the complex medication he’s on he had his Covid – the Oxford one – and just had a reaction and the reaction was really, really high temperature, 39.9C and obviously with Harvey I’ve got to really keep an eye on him and I couldn’t get his temperature down.

“So, I phoned Great Ormond Street and they told me to go to the nearest A&E, that’s what we did.”

She later added: “Everything was fine they just said it was a reaction from the Covid [injection] but today he’s absolutely on form.

“And the doctors and nurses were fantastic! So I can’t wait to still have my Covid injection and I still recommend everyone else have it.”
