Prince Harry has divided opinions after he dropped some explosive revelations in his upcoming memoir, Spare.
The Duke of Sussex, who has also spoken out in a new ITV interview to promote his book, made headlines last week when bombshell excerpts were leaked ahead of the publication date. And now, Kerry Katona has defended the 38 year old, saying he has "every right" to share his experience and that she "believes every word". Writing in her weekly column, Kerry, 42, added: "Good for him for speaking his truth." Sign up – for free – to see what she has to say.

I feel for Harry
Prince Harry has spoken out in a new ITV interview with Tom Bradby to promote his book, Spare. I preordered it and I can’t wait to read it.
I love both Harry and Meghan. They divide opinions, but I think Harry has every right to share his experience in the royal family, and I believe every word he says. Good for him for speaking his truth.
In the interview, he said he would like to have his father and brother back. Sadly, I think Harry and his brother William are just very different people and I don’t know whether they will ever be as close again.
Getting ready for surgery
As I’m writing this, I’m getting ready to have corrective surgery on my stomach with Pall Mall Cosmetics, and I can’t wait! I’ve had my pre-op, where they assessed me and took my bloods, so it’s all getting very real now. I can’t wait to have it done, recover, and start to feel more comfortable in my body.
Panto ended on Sunday, so I’m looking forward to some time off work now. I had an absolute blast and it was so much fun, but I must admit I feel relieved it’s over. It was very full on and I’ve felt like a workhorse over the past few months. I need some time to myself.
Time with my mum
I had a good catch-up with my mum last week. I feel like I haven’t spent much time with her as I’ve been so busy. She’s all good – we had a lovely night in together, just chilling out and watching TV.
I’ve got her into The Traitors on the BBC, as well as a new show on Netflix called Treason. We also started Kaleidoscope on Netflix, which is really good. So we had a busy night of TV!
January blues
I finally feel like I’m back on the mend after being struck down with a virus. All of my lateral flow tests were negative, but every doctor I spoke to said they believed it could be a new variant of Covid that hasn’t been identified yet.
I’ve never been so poorly in my life! I’ve been on two loads of antibiotics over the past few weeks. I’m still not 100% right, but I feel much better than I did and I’m getting there.
I must admit, because of my illness and because I’ve been so busy, I’m not really feeling any January motivation yet!
I don’t have any energy to do any exercise. But once I’ve had my operation and I’ve recovered, I’ll be back on it!
Photoshoot throwback
Apparently my OK! magazine cover from 2011 with my former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Lucien Laviscount has gone viral on social media! Lucien was very charming and obviously easy on the eye, and it was all just a bit of fun.
I have seen Lucien as Alfie in Emily In Paris on Netflix – he’s a great actor, so it’s no wonder he is being tipped to be the next Bond.
People were even joking that I could have made a good Bond girl – and that just made me giggle!
