King Charles keeps calm and carries on as he ignores Harry drama on walkabout

King Charles has been spotted looking calm on a royal visit the same day his son Prince Harry released his anticipated docuseries Harry and Meghan.

The king was seen meeting volunteers and beneficiaries of local community initiatives while visiting King's House in King's Cross, London on Thursday morning, December 8.

King's House is a community hub founded by King's Cross Church and focuses on bringing people together.

King Charles was seen meeting Jess Rodewald, who works within the Community hub, as well as her 7-month-old baby Matthew, whom the king couldn't keep his eyes off.

He also met other volunteers at the hub.

At the event, the king also got to learn more about the work they do, which includes working with asylum seekers and refugees to help get them into a community of people.

People were also spotted with cups of tea as they mingled and talked to the King about their work.

The king also attended an Advent Service at The Ethiopian Christian Fellowship Church on his morning out.

He was seen walking with a large group of people as he waved at people passing him.

Charles walked next to the priest who can be seen explaining something to the king as he looks into one of the cameras.

He was all smiles at the event, and showed no sign of worry about his youngest son's new Netflix docuseries.

In the series, the pair talk about their experience since their relationship became public in 2016. It also includes friends and family members, including Meghan's mum Doria going in front of the cameras by herself for the first time ever.

It also included Harry talking about growing up royal and in the constant limelight, and even reflected on his highly controversial Nazi Halloween costume.

Meghan also talked about the shock of learning of the strict protocols, including laughing when she heard she had to curtesy to the Queen and said her first private meeting with William and Kate was unexpectedly formal.

The remainder of the six-part series – which drop next Thursday – will see the couple open up further about their lives and most notably, their experience during their time as senior working Royals in the UK, featuring everything from Piers Morgan , who said he's "traumatised" by being "exploited" in it, to a bizarre piece of footage that appears to be of Katie Price leaving court.
