KISS Gene Simmons Labels The Unvaccinated The Enemy

Kiss bassist and co-lead singer Gene Simmons has dubbed Americans who remain unvaccinated against Covid-19 the “enemy.”

“If you’re willing to walk among us unvaccinated, you are an enemy,” Simmons said in an interview on “TalkShopLive” on Wednesday.

“I don’t care about your political beliefs,” the “Rock and Roll All Nite” singer said when asked about canceling tour dates earlier this year due to the pandemic.

Simmons, 72, and his bandmate Paul Stanley recently tested positive for Covid despite being inoculated.

He was clear-cut in his support for observing regulations and guidelines that authorities issue in the wake of the pandemic.

“You are not allowed to infect anybody just because you think you’ve got rights that are delusional,” Simmons said. “You don’t have the right to go through a red light — actually the government has the right to tell you to stop.”

“I don’t want to risk my life just because you want to go through a red light. This whole idea, this delusional, evil idea that you get to do whatever you want and the rest of the world be damned is really terrible,” he added.

Simmons said he doesn’t like either the Democrats or the Republicans because they are spreading “all kinds of nonsense.”
