Kym Marsh has stepped out for a glamorous night out with her parents David and Pauline Marsh as she hosted the Pride of Birmingham Awards on Monday, 7 March.
The 45 year old, who recently landed a role in Waterloo Road alongside Rachel Leskovac, was photographed looking incredible on the red carpet as she donned am embellished skin-tight midi dress that featured semi-sheer sleeves and a high neck.
She teamed the outfit with a pair of strappy black open-toed heels and styled her mane back into a high ponytail, leaving a strand down to frame her face, which was decked out with a smokey eyeshadow, eyeliner and nude lipstick.
Kym, who hosted the awards night, flashed a wide smile as she wrapped one arm around her father David, 77, who is terminally ill with incurable prostate cancer. He looked dapper in a black tuxedo that featured a red velvet bow tie.
Standing next to David was his wife and the mother of Kym, Pauline, who looked gorgeous in a blue sequinned gown, which she paired with a black semi-sheer sequinned jacket.
Last year, Kym appeared on This Morning to showcase a short video she made with her dad to raise awareness around his incurable prostate cancer.
As the emotional segment came to an end, cameras showed Kym in the studio with co-host Gethin Jones as she began to cry and dabbed at her eyes with a tissue.
She said: "Sorry, it's so difficult for me to watch that. I'm in absolute awe of him. He's so brave to share that, he just wants to get the message out there in the hope that somebody out there might see it. Proud of you, Dad."
Gethin told her: "I'm very proud of you as well for doing that film because as you just said it's going to make a huge difference to so many people."

Despite David's illness being incurable, earlier this year, Kym told OK! that he's been responding well to the treatment.
“His body is responding to the treatment well, but it’s not without its side effects,” she told us. “He’s still battling with pain and he’s not as mobile as he used to be.
“He gets very frustrated and he has up and down days, but overall he’s doing well and my mum is fantastic at taking care of him… He’s doing as well as we could have hoped.”

Her new husband and Army Major Scott Ratcliff added: “Looking back at the options we were presented with, I think he’s doing better than we could have hoped.
“It’s definitely not perfect and he struggles through some days, but he’s got guts and he’s making a heck of the job of it.”
