BIRTH PLANS

I'm excited to start hypnobirthing soon, with a midwife called Marie, also known as the Modern Day Midwife, who has actually become a bit of a friend now. The funny thing is, I wasn't ever nervous about the birth, but I am now! I'm getting scared, because you can't predict what's going to happen. I haven't fully decided on the at-home birth option, but I don't think I will go for that. I want to feel like if anything happened I'm at the hospital and in the best hands. So I think it will be a water birth in a birthing unit.

FEELING CLEANSED

Last Sunday I had a proper clear out of my flat, ready for when we move house and when the baby comes. Charlie and I have sorted all our clothes out and are creating our new wardrobe page on Instagram, so people can buy them if they'd like. We've also packed so many other things away and put them in the attic – like old stuff I don't use. During our clear out we found these old baby photos of us – how cute do we look?! We're both blonde around the same age. I feel really cleansed after having a proper sort out.

TROLL HELL

This week I had a DM on Instagram from a fake account saying, "I don't believe you're pregnant as you've not put enough weight on in your face and your bump hasn't changed since you announced." It's absolutely crazy. People have got so much negative stuff to say and you have to ignore it sometimes! I honestly don't care and I don't get affected by that sort of stuff. But when the baby's here no doubt people will complain about things. Amy Childs and Cara de la Hoyde both told me, "Watch out for the mum police!" I'm quite strong, but I'm very protective of Charlie and I don't want him to get upset. I said, "Whatever our baby looks like, people will call her ugly!" We just have to ignore them!

GO ON, ARG!

I'm so happy for Arg that he's had his weight loss surgery and is on his way to good health. With a gastric sleeve you can't ever eat the same again. It is a change mentally as food is a comfort thing and he physically won't be able to eat much, so he will definitely lose weight now. It's good for his health, but it's just his mental health he's got to get right now. This will be one of the best things he's ever done, because he'll get his health back.

SO IN LOVE

You may have noticed Charlie commented on one of my Instagram posts saying that I was "glowing" and I have to say he's very affectionate and loving. In the past I haven't been that confident, but with him, I am. He's very involved with this pregnancy and this baby and if anything we row about who the baby is going to love more, ha. He's very in love with me and I love him too. I'm happy, because I'm having a baby and there's nothing more lovely than bringing a baby into a loving relationship.
