Presenter Lorraine Kelly was confused by the decision of Alec Baldwin’s wife Hilaria Baldwin, 37, to share pictures of the family dressed up for Halloween. She felt the pictures were “bizarre” and that the family “don’t need to share it at this time”.
The pictures were posted just 10 days after the tragic death of cinematographer, Halyna Hutchins.
Halyna, just 42-years-old at her time of death, was accidentally shot by Alec Baldwin after he was wrongly told that a prop gun on the set of his new film Rust was safe to use.
Director Joel Souza, 48, was also badly wounded but later discharged from hospital.
Given recent events, Lorraine questioned the Baldwins’ decision to share photos from their Halloween celebrations.

Alec, 63, and his wife could be seen posing with their six children in fancy dress in a series of photos posted yesterday.
Hilaria shared the images of the family in their Halloween costumes, including Alec dressed as a viking in the background, with her 929,000 Instagram followers.
Beside the pictures she wrote: “Parenting through this has been an intense experience, to say the least.
“Today, we rallied to give them a holiday.
“Last min costumes…a little hodge-podge…but they were so happy and that warmed my mama heart.”
In today’s episode of Lorraine, the presenter admitted she was confused by the post.
“He also posted a very bizarre photograph, I think it was Hilaria, of the family dressed up for Halloween with Alec Baldwin in the background there,” she said.
“I’m not sure what he’s meant to be, maybe a Viking or something?

“It seemed like quite a strange one to do?”
She discussed the pictures that she dubbed “bizarre” with entertainment reporter Ross King, who agreed.
“Yeah, the idea we believe is to try and regain some form of normality.
“Again, it’s such a strange one,” he confirmed.
Speaking about mother-of-one Halyna’s on-set death in Santa Fe, Lorraine noted: “It’s horrendous, absolutely horrendous, just so terribly sad.”
She went on to clarify that she felt that the Baldwins’ decision to share their family photos at this time perhaps seemed unnecessary.
“As far as the photos and all of that go, she can do that and they can do their Halloween – of course they can,” she said.
“But they don’t necessarily need to share it, I guess, at this particular time.”
