Love Island star Will Young, 23, was filmed among a crowd of people dancing in a swimming pool before pulling what looks like a pouch of white substance from his bag.
The TikTok star, who can be seen wearing black shorts and a man-bag, then looks around before examining the object again.
After dancing a bit more, Will then got the attention of his friend who was wearing a pink hat.
The video obtained by The Sun then shows Will appears to offer the bag to his friend.
Express.co.uk has contacted ITV for comment.
It comes after another video emerged of Will’s fellow Islander, Haris Namani, punching a man in the street.
The footage showed Haris hitting a man in the chest, causing him to lose his balance and fall on the floor.
During the altercation, Haris was then heard shouting: “I’m not a bully, I’m not a f***ing bully.”
Haris, 21, was dumped from the villa on Wednesday alongside contestant Anna-May Robey.
He said in his exit interview that he is “devastated” that the video has been unearthed.
He continued : “It’s not a reflection of my character. I’m not someone that goes looking for fights and I didn’t want to be in that situation. This was a heat of the moment thing.”
He also said that the video was not a clear representation of the incident and that he and the man later “cleared the air”.
Haris added: “Afterwards we met up and we cleared the air. We’ve shaken hands and we get along now. It’s not something that would happen again.”

Haris’ father Mehedin also told MailOnline that the video was two years old and that the men are now “friends”.
In the same interview, Haris also apologised for the heated argument between himself and fellow contestant Shaq Muhammad, 24, over a kiss during a game of beer pong.
Haris was seen telling Shaq to “shut the f*** up” and other Islanders stepped in to stop the argument from escalating.
After his exit, Haris said that he and Shaq are still friends and will meet up once the latter leaves the villa.
A Love Island spokesperson previously told The Sun: “Language and behaviour in the villa is always closely monitored, and Islanders are reminded of what we consider acceptable during their time on the show.
“Extensive duty of care protocols for all Islanders includes video training and guidance covering language and behaviour.”
They added: “We execute extensive background checks in advance of Islanders entering the show and are one of the only shows in the UK to offer such a detailed training programme to provide education and instruction to Islanders on what is considered unacceptable behaviour and how they should conduct themselves in the villa.”
The statement said that this training gives contestants the “opportunity to learn and gain perspective from any mistakes or errors of judgement that have been made prior to going on the show”. Prior to publication Express.co.uk contacted ITV regarding the white substance video, but they did not provide a response for publication.
Love Island airs at 9pm on ITV2.
