Love Island’s Charlotte slams Mitch as ‘least genuine’ and is ‘confused by his behaviour’

Love Island star Charlotte Sumner has slammed Mitchel Taylor as the "least genuine" person in the villa during a recent Q&A with fans.

The brunette beauty, 30, enjoyed a short stint in the sprawling Spanish setting after arriving as a bombshell alongside Leah Taylor, 27. Since her exit last weekend, she's shared insight into the inner workings of the smash hit reality dating show.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Charlotte was asked who she believed to be the "least genuine" of her former co-stars. The budding reality star said: "So I would say the least genuine person in the villa would have to be, I mean, watching some back, I'm a little bit confused about Mitch's behaviour."

Expanding on her thoughts, she continued: "I feel like it hasn't really shown the conversations and the chats that me and him had, so I do feel like, to me, he was definitely playing it down the connection – between him and Leah – because he kept saying to me, like, 'you're the one who I genuinely have more of a connection with than Leah, we're like more flirty together', so I was, like, a bit confused watching it all back, so Mitch."

She then added: "And also Sammy's actions have been a little bit questionable especially watching it back, so those two for sure." One fan asked if it was true that Charlotte had tried to "spoon" this series' first bombshell Zachariah Noble, 25, but she insisted this was "not true". She explained: "This is not true. I saw that he's the one that actually said this and this is far from true.

"I'm not the type of girl to be making a move like that, especially spooning so, no." In a light-hearted tone, she added: "Zach has definitely told a fib and I will be having a little word with him when he's out."

Charlotte offered further insight into life inside the famous villa, and revealed the iconic Beauty Room is packed with free goodies from high street store, Boots, while Islanders are permitted to wear any of the pre-loved designer clothing in the wardrobe, courtesy of eBay, but it's not gifted.

The one-time dominatrix also said the Islanders don't cook – while they may make breakfast for themselves, lunch and dinner was supplied by a catering company. She also insisted "absolutely nothing is scripted" on the hit show.

Charlotte added: "Everything is what you see is what you get and I think there is a lot of drama just because it is so intense and there's such big personalities, so yeah, absolutely nothing is scripted."
