Love Island star Connor Durman has undergone a hair transplant, with the 28 year old looking unrecognisable as a result.
Connor featured on Love Island in 2020 and was dating brunette beauty Sophie Piper while on the show. The pair split up six months after leaving the villa, with Connor now seeing a girl named Ella.
Two years on from his reality show debut, Connor revealed to his 476,000 Instagram followers that he’s in the process of having a hair transplant.
Sharing a snap of himself with a shaved head with lines drawn on his scalp showing where his hairline was, and where it’s now going to be, Connor wrote: “I’ve been conscious of my hairline for a while, finally to the plunge and went for it.”
He went on: “I honestly can’t thank @now.hairtime enough. They made the process so much easier than I could have imagined. Can’t wait to see the results !”
In light of the news, many of his followers commented saying they didn’t think the TV star needed a hair transplant in the first place.
One penned: “you was never bald in first place”, as another said: “Wonder how much he got paid to have a hair transplant when he didn’t need a hair transplant”.
“It was fine before”, said another, followed by a shocked-face emoji.
Meanwhile, others said that Connor suited his shaved head – his girlfriend Ella included.
“New bald boyfriend”, she wrote alongside a heart-eye emoji, as someone else said: “You suit a shaved head more”.
“Looking great Connor! Hope your well!” added a third, while another person penned: “I'm not sure I'm ready for this!… but… Looks good!”
Connor isn’t alone in undergoing a hair transplant, and joins the likes of Greg Shepherd and Married At First Sight UK’s Luke Dawson.
Father-of-two Greg opted for the procedure earlier this year after noticing he was going bald when he shaved off his hair for charity.
In September, he went on to delight his fans by showcasing the incredible results on social media.
The clinic the soon-to-be dad of three went to for the procedure wrote on Instagram: "Hairline update of the one and only Greg Shepherd”.
In one snap the television personality beamed with joy as he sported a fuller head of hair, while another showed Greg's receding hairline and bald patches with a white line drawn on his head to mark his new hairline for his transplant at KSL Clinic.
