Love Island star Gabby Allen has revealed she underwent a tweakment on her neck after feeling like she looked "500 years old" in a number of photos.
The reality TV beauty admitted that she'd been wondering if a face lift would do the trick, as she noticed her face and neck skin were sagging.
The star and fitness guru, who regularly posts images from her work-out routines, who recently turned 30, took to Instagram to share her predicament with fans, and later posted an update.
On Monday 16 January, Gabby filmed herself attending round two of a Profilho injection, which is a treatment that focuses on targeting wrinkled or sagging skin in the neck.
It also boosts collagen and elastin production.
"Hello guys, so I am at my babe's lip line and aesthetics for my second batch of Profilho on my neck," the star began. "I had it done a few weeks ago.'
Explaining her reasons for getting the injections, Gabby went on. "On every photo I feel like I look like basically just 500 years old and the difference in just one bout of Profilho has been unreal so I'm back for my second."
The TV beauty said she shocked by the difference and joked she was getting ready to take drastic measures.
"I can't believe the difference it's made just after one round! So grateful, was about to book a face lift," Gabby laughed.
It comes after Gabby, who starred on the 2017 series of the ITV2 show, has previously opened up on her body securities over taking part in the reality dating series.
The Love Island contestants are always a stunning bunch of sun-soaked beauties and don bikinis all day every day, but Gabby admitted she felt her "flat chest" gave her a "complex" that never went away.
"It’s still an ongoing thing for me," the blonde beauty said at the time. "I was thinking at the time, I’m flat chested compared to everyone in there, and I do have a complex about it.
"It’s not about anybody else. It’s about my own confidence. I’m still considering getting them [breast implants] done.
"The only reason is that I don’t want to be flat out for a couple of weeks!" she laughed.
Gabby went on to say that she reasoned her career, which is focused on fitness and strength and training, means any changes she wants to make she can do through hard work and grafting.
"If I want a bigger bum, I just need to go to the gym and squat.
"If I want to change my body that bad, I can do it through training," the Love Island star added.
