Love Islands Luca takes dig at Ekin-Su and Davide as couples turn on each other

Luca Bish will take a dig at Gemma Owen’s bestie Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu on Friday night’s episode of Love Island as the couples are made to vote for who they think is the least compatible.

A first look at this evening’s programme revealed a shock twist with the the Island’s couples being forced to turn on each other and make their decisions.

The news is revealed by Indiyah Polack who receives a text, and the Islanders are told that they must submit their decisions by text without discussing them with the other couples.

The ten Islanders have become extremely close on the show, with many of them being original Islanders from Day One, and so making their decisions doesn't come easy.

While Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su have become fan-favourites with Love Island viewers, Luca doesn’t appear to be totally convinced about their feelings for one another.

Appearing to make a dig the pair, Luca says to Gemma while they make their decision: “I love them both as people, but as a couple, I just don’t buy it."

The preview clip also shows Dami Hope and Indiyah chatting about Ekin-Su sand Davide as well.

“They argue about the most silliest things… and it blows up,” Dami says.

Agreeing, Indiyah adds: “In here things are heightened, but what’s happened here, compared to what can happen on the outside, is miniscule.”

Prior to the brutal decision, Luca, Gemma, Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page are the final pairs to go on their last Love Island date together.

Tasha and Andrew are whisked off to a beach location to find a dinner table set surrounded by a huge 3D heart made up of roses – identical to that used by Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian at their proposal.

As they arrive the stunned pair can’t believe the beautiful set up.

Andrew says: “That’s actually insane!”

Meanwhile, Gemma and Luca are treated to a private dining experience in a beautiful courtyard-style set up as the pair are serenaded by a mesmerising six-piece ensemble.

As they take their seats on a floating table, talk turns to their time in the Villa.

Luca admits: “Did I actually think I’d meet someone like you that makes me want to move to the other side of England for? No.”

Gemma says: “We are literally the same person, it’s crazy.”

She adds: “We wind each other up. But we both love it. You know I find it hard being lovey-dovey, but I feel like I’m quite more lovely-dovey with you than anyone really before… I always find myself gravitating towards you. I always want to be near you and in your company.”

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
