Love Islands Maya Jama promises this will be her sexiest series yet

Following the continued success of the show she mentioned that the team have meetings “because of the pressure of living up to last season’s looks”.

The Brits Are Coming host shared that there were “lots of cutouts bits” within her new wardrobe and the different episodes dictated each outfit.

Regarding her fashion for this season, she shared she “love[s] illusion dresses” and wasn’t sure about “doing [the] wet look again”.

Maya has shared several potential looks from the show including a figure-hugging green lace-up dress and a ruffled orange two-piece set with her 2.7 million followers.

Fans who can’t wait for the show commented: “I’M READY FOR ALL THE LOOKS!” And: “The people’s princess.”

Another fan was excited about the outfits: “That orange fit already has me in love” and “the best fit for this show”.

Ahead of the show, the beauty entrepreneur shared what fans could look forward to on this year’s programme.

Maya revealed that they won’t be doing a helicopter entrance as they did last time, but will instead do “something on foot”.

Speaking to the same publication she shared how the Mallorca-based programme had some surprising fans.

Upcoming Barbie star Margot Robbie and popstar Lizzo have openly gushed about the show, but one former superhero was a surprise.

Maya explained: “I was sat next to Tobey Maguire, Spider-Man, and he loves the show.

“He’s a big fan… He loved the show and knew all the series and everything, which is crazy.”

She added that she was constantly amazed at the viewership of the hit show: “You forget how many people watch it. Lizzo was tweeting about it.”

She clarified that the Brit and Spider-Man were not friends, but had met at an invited dinner.

The former Radio 1 DJ took over from Laura Whitmore as the Love Island host last September.

She presented the winter series which took place in Cape Town, but is excited for the summer version which is expected to be a larger event.

Love Island will air Monday June 5 at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
