Michael Griffithshas showcased his jacked physique on Instagram, and he undeniably looks pretty different to his Love Island days.
It’s evident that Michael – who shot to same on season five of Love Island – has always been a gym-goer, but the 30 year old has backed on the muscle in recent times.
Fans were quick to notice his size after sharing a clip of him next to fellow reality TV star and avid gym-goer Ashley Cain.
In the clip, the pair successfully do a backwards flip in perfect harmony with each other with the help of Love Islander Kaz Crossley.
After landing the manoeuvre, Michael and Ashley hugged each other in excitement while other people in the room cheered.
Michael then struck a pose, showcasing his bulging biceps.
Michael captioned the post: “Did we just become best friends”, giving the nod to Will Ferrell’s hit movie Step Brothers.
Continuing the film reference, Ashley commented: “There's so much room for activities!”
Following his stint on Love Island, Michael signed to popular male strip show Dreamboys. However, the former fireman’s debut was put on hold as a result of the pandemic.

A spokesperson for the group said at the time: “Dreamboys, as well as everyone in the entertainment industry, has been affected by the closure of venues and all events – performances have subsequently been postponed until further notice.”
“The Dreamboys tour Too Hot To Resist guest starring Michael Griffiths is now waiting in the wings until it is safe for his return to the spotlight,” it continued, as perEVOKE.
Sticking to their word, Michael went on to make his Dreamboys debut in August 2021, and has since done a handful of other shows for the famous strip-tease group.
Over the coming months, it’s believed Michael will be joining the boys once again in May for their Newcastle performance.
In light of his debut last year, the former reality TV starencouraged his pals Chris Taylor, Danny Williams and Jordan Hames to come up on stage with himat one of his performances in Liverpool.
Michael joked with fans in the audience, saying "this is my house", referring to the Liverpool Empire Theatre, before pointing out his three best friends were sitting in the audience.
