Love Island’s Luca Bish has revealed his new career venture after recently admitting his behaviour on the ITV2 dating show went “too far”.
The 23 year old fishmonger announced his new career move via social media on Wednesday, 31 August.
Taking to Instagram, Luca, who’s now officially dating co-star Gemma Owen, told his 1.5 million followers the 'BISH N CHIPS’ show will be launching this September on YouTube.
“So excited for this, “ he added and his fans were elated by the news with many expressing how “proud” they are of his new venture.
One person wrote: “Honestly the name is so iconic”, as another quipped: “I’m so beyond proud of you”.
“This is perfect for you! can’t wait,” gushed a third, while a fourth person jokingly said:” Bish, bash, Bosh and he's off.”
The news comes after Luca opened up about his behaviour in the Love Island villa.
In his first interview since exiting the villa last month, he told Grazia: "With my controlling behaviour it took me watching it back to realise what I had done but with the Tasha situation, I realised I took it too far whilst I was still in there."
He added: "When you've got a girl crying, I realised I was wrong. For once in my life, I thought – you need to shut up now, your opinions aren't needed."
Further discussing his behaviour towards Gemma, 19, Luca went on: "Watching it back, I can hold my hands up and agree with [people's comments].
He told the magazine: "When you're falling in love with someone you don't want to see another boy come in and talk to them and vice versa. Obviously, your emotions would be heightened and everything’s so intense in there."
Since the villa, Luca has asked Gemma to be his girlfriend and has been introduced to her family, including her dad, famous footballer Michael Owen.
Gushing over Luca meeting her family in Portugal last month, Gemma, who's recently signed a huge brand deal with Pretty Little Thing, said: "It couldn’t have gone better, it was so nice!"
