Madonna’s family ‘prepared for worst’ after singer rushed to ICU
Madonna was rushed to hospital with a bacterial infection last month and spent several nights in intensive care.
The 64-year-old is now back on her feet and is keen to get back to touring, but her children are said to be concerned.
According to Heat Magazine, her kids are urging her to “pace” herself to avoid another health spiral.
A source told the publication: “Lourdes and Rocco have said for years that Madonna is one step away from disaster with the way she punishes herself, going overboard with the surgery and generally trying to act like she’s still in her twenties.”
They went on to say her children are also telling her she “needs to change things”.

“It’s a serious intervention and they’re determined to see it all the way through,” the source said.
“The kids all agree that they need to talk some sense into their mum and let her know this is a major wakeup call,” they concluded.
Madonna has six children in total; Lourdes, Rocco, David, Mercy, Stella and Estere.
After her hospital dash, it was claimed her family were “preparing for the worst”.
Thankfully, the Like A Virgin hitmaker has fought through her health ordeal and is set to get back on tour.
