Maisie Smith has declared she loves The Wanted star Max George.
The 21 year old, who was recently congratulated with a kiss after her Strictly Come Dancing musical, explained that going on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins gave her the courage to show the "good and the bad" to her boyfriend.
Speaking to The Sun, Maisie shared how Max, 34, "really knows me" and accepts her for who she is. "He knows me entirely. There are no feelings that I’ve kept inside, which is a weight off my shoulders," she said.
The red haired beauty continued: “It feels amazing to know that when someone loves you they know every bit about you — the good and the bad. That’s what love is really.”
When asked if she loves him, Maisie smiled before responding: "Yeah, I do," before going on to share how max is "proud" of her.
She shared: "When he saw the show he was like, ‘That’s absolutely brutal’. But he sees my strength, so he said, ‘I knew you could do it’.”
The couple first went Instagram official with their relationship last month, after Eastenders star Maisie and her singer beau confirmed their relationship following weeks of speculation.
Since they went public with their romance, the pair haven't been shy in documenting their time together on social media – calling each other "boyfriend" and "girlfriend" and showing their support for one another.
Most recently, Max shared a clip on her Instagram where Maisie could be seen wrapping her arms around him in bed, with the couple covered by a duvet.
Kissing her back, Max could then be seen pulling a face directly at the camera before captioning the post as “Relaxing.”
The post came shortly after Max’s ex-girlfriend Carrie Baker had warned Maisie to “be careful” with Max, as she claimed he had cheated in the past.
The model, who dated the singer for around five years, claimed that he is not a “faithful man” and warned Maisie that he would cheat in the future.
“If I spoke to Maisie I would warn her to pay attention to what happened to us and learn from it,” Carrie told The Sun. “Max is not going to change. A leopard does not change its spots.”
She went on: “It's sad but he simply cannot resist other women. I was not shocked at all to hear that he had cheated on Stacey [Giggs] to be honest. To hear that he was in a relationship with Maisie at the same time as he was seeing Stacey, it all sounded way too familiar to me.”
OK! has reached out to Max’s reps for comment on the claims.
