Married At First Sights star Tahnee Cook announces surprising new career move

Married at First Sight favourite Tahnee Cook has announced an exciting new career move following her appearance on season ten of the show.

The blonde beauty took to social media to share with her almost 240k followers that she is launching a podcast.

The PR manager, was beaming as she announced Chuffedpod to her fans, posting a cheery selfie of herself posing in a pink mini skirt and black corset top with a pinned rose.

The Channel Nine star, 27, who found love with Ollie Skelton on the show, revealed the career move, penning: "Yep, she's just another gal with a podcast.

"I'm so chuffed to announce the launch of my podcast @chuffedpod coming very soon.

"I seriously can't wait to share this project with you. It's been so fun working on it, and I hope you'll love it as much as I do."

She added: "Most of you probably won't know this, but I actually had a podcast with my bestie Tonia a few years ago.

"Shout out to anyone who was a listener of The Like Us Girls. I'm beyond excited to get back behind the mic and chat with you."

The TV personality then took to her Instagram story to reveal that the first episode has been recorded, before asking her fans what they would like to see on the podcast.

Tahnee's partner Ollie, 27, also recently launched a podcast called Tosser, following on from his career as a voiceover artist.

The loved-up duo have gone from strength to strength since leaving the show and have reportedly signed a 12-month lease on a house together in New South Wales.

It comes as the pair found out that they are actually "distant relatives" while filming the show, with Tahnee's sister's husband revealed to be Ollie's second cousin.

Tahnee told Yahoo Lifestyle how the revelation that she was related to her husband was a 'wild coincidence.'

She said: "Ollie's mum looked over and she saw my sister's fiancé Jasper, and she said, 'I know you! Your dad is my cousin!'

"And then she started freaking out, being like, what if the bride is Jasper's sister? Because then we'd literally be blood-related."

A TV insider also told the publication how the producers decided not to include the revelation in the show as, "Channel Nine won't want people spinning it into an incest-style headline scandal."

They added that the duo are not actually "blood-related" but just "related in a weird way."
