Molly-Mae Hague has opened up about the "torture" she faced of waiting to tell her boyfriend Tommy Fury that she was pregnant.
Molly, 23, and Tommy, 23, who rose to fame after becoming runners-up in the 2019 series of Love Island, recently announced that they are expecting their first child together.
Taking to Instagram, Molly took some time to answer some questions about her surprise pregnancy.
One fan asked: "Why did you think you were pregnant (to take a pregnancy test)?"
Molly then explained: "I was one day (one day [laughing emojis]) late on my period but I am usually bang on time! I had a test in the draw anyway so I just took it.
"I probably wouldn't have actively gone to get a test for a while because I didn't feel any different AT ALL."
She added: "I'll explain the actually story on my YouTube. I didn't tell Tommy the night I found out … I wanted to wait until the next day – it was absolute torture but I wanted to find the right way to tell him."
Molly also revealed that her and Tommy were able to keep the pregnancy a secret for over five months.
Responding to the question: "Was it hard to 'hide' it?," the 23 year old said: "Strangely … no. It wasn't.
"I set myself a goal to get five months without people knowing and I really didn't think I would get that far … but we actually went past that point!"
She went on to say: "It was so special having it as mine and Tommy's secret. I also have some amazing secret keeping friends / family too."
Announcing their pregnancy news, Molly and Tommy shared a sweet throwback video of Molly's speech to Tommy on Love Island.
In the black and white clip, Molly can be seen telling her partner: "I love you so much and I can't wait for the adventures that we haven't even dreamed of yet."
The video then switches to the couple rubbing Molly's baby bump.
Many fans and celebrity friends took to the comment section to express their congrats.
Maura Higgins wrote: "And there we go. I'm crying again. Love you so so much."
Georgia Kousoulou commented: "Awww congratulations."
And Stacey Solomon added: "Congratulations. This is amazing."
