A new trailer released for the animated film Spirit Untamed last Wednesday (March 31) features a longer snippet of Taylor Swift‘s re-recorded “Wildest Dreams (Taylor’s Version).”
The trailer reveals more about the plot, which centers around a girl named Lucky who is connecting with her Mexican heritage passed on to her by her late mother, who was a “fearless horse-riding stunt performer.”
Swift had previously teased the song in a brief, minute-long trailer for the Dreamworks Animation film earlier in the month on her Instagram Story.
“Thank you #SpiritUntamed for using Wildest Dreams (Taylor’s Version) in your new trailer!!” she wrote then. The trailer was also screened during the 2021 Grammy Awards telecast on March 14.
Spirit Untamed will be released in theaters on June 4.
Fearless (Taylor’s Version) is set to be released on April 9.
Swift has not announced when she’ll drop her fully re-recorded 1989 album, which featured “Wildest Dreams.”
