Mrs Hinch has revealed she gave birth to her son Lennie in a side room of the hospital's reception after not making it to the labour room.

The 30 year old, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, welcomed her and husband Jamie Hinchliffe's second child together last month and have now detailed his dramatic arrival.

Social media influencer Sophie took to Instagram to take part in a question and answer session with her 4.1million followers, when one asked about the birth of her newborn.

She told her fans: "I plan to come on my stories when I'm back and chat through a mini birth story but here's a few points."

Sophie began: "My pessary got stuck and after 3 nurses had tried they finally got it out and my waters then broke all over her uniform.

"I didn't make it to the labour ward, I ended up giving birth in a side room next to reception where partners weren't allowed.

"Jamie could hear me screaming his name from the corridor but wasn't allowed in until they realised I wasn't going to make it to the labour ward so they let him in, he only caught the last 10 minutes of it all," she continued alongside a sad face emoji.

She added: "I pushed Lennie out on all fours and found that it was more painful in that position than laying flat."

Sophie also informed fans that she used gas and air as pain relief, sharing a photo of the tot minutes after his birth.

The cleaning icon was recently praised for sharing a candid photo after giving birth and urging fans to "never compare" themselves.

She shared a photo of herself in hospital after welcoming her son, saying "everyone has a reality behind closed doors".

In the photo, Sophie is seen cradling her newborn on her chest while smiling for the camera.

She wrote alongside the image: "Reality: I had just finished being stitched up, I had a quick shower down, changed my clothes, got back into bed and Jamie said 'smile' and this is what he got. It was not the right time for one of his random photos."
