After the success of erotic thriller film 365 DNI, Netflix have officially ordered two more sequels to the hit movie.

The sexually-explicit film, which is based on Blanka Lipińska's book of the same name, premiered on the streaming platform in February 2020 and went down a treat with viewers.

It followed the story of a Sicilian man named Massimo, who gives himself the challenge of making a Polish woman called Laura fall in love with him in 365 days.

It became a huge hit thanks to it's graphic sex-scenes and now Deadline have confirmed it will be coming back for a second and third part.

The next installment will see the couple reunite but this time around there will be a huge twist, as Massimo will have to fight for Laura's affection against another man.

The sypnosis of the second book states: "Laura and Massimo are reunited, but their new beginning is complicated by Massimo's family ties and a mysterious man who enters Laura's life to win her heart and trust at any cost."

Variety recently reported that lead stars Michele Morroney, Anna-Maria Sieklucka, Magdalena Lamparska and Otar Saralidze will be back again.

Whereas, Simone Susinna will join the cast as a new character.

Cast and crew are set to start filming in Poland and Italy later this month, and the films are due to hit our screens in 2022.

Content acquisition manager for Netflix films for central and Eastern Europe and Poland told Variety: "'365 Days' was one of our most popular films for our members in 2020.

"We’re working closely with Blanka Lipinska, the author of the ‘365 Days’ trilogy of books and writer of the film, to continue Laura and Massimo’s story on screen.

"Their journey together is full of many twists and turns as our characters continue to grow and learn more about themselves."

Fans were also left excited about new films in the franchise and took to Twitter to share their happiness.
