The newest ship in the Disney Cruise Line is the Disney Wish, which is currently on it’s christening voyage!
The Wish was christened earlier this week before setting sail, and guests along for the ride have been revealing what’s aboard.
One of the things on board the ship that has been a hot top discussed is in the new Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge, which is a Star Wars-themed bar for adults.
The lounge is described as “a high-end bar styled as a luxurious yacht-class spaceship. This richly themed, immersive experience is reserved exclusively for adults every evening. As guests slide up to the bar and enjoy specialty cocktails and craft brews, they look out a viewport at ever-changing vistas from a galaxy far, far away.”
One of the drinks on the menu comes with a HEFTY price tag of $5,000, with many wondering WHY?!
Find out why the drink costs so much inside…
The Kaiburr Crystal drink is 4-in-1, as it comes with a cocktail and three shots, and it’s served in a Camtono, which if you’re a big Star Wars fan, you would know it’s a security container for storing valuables.
The drinks are also served in silver-plated cups, which you do get to keep. You don’t get to keep the Camtono though.
Also included in the $5,000 price tag is a bottle of sparkling wine from Skywalker Vineyards, a voucher for one person to visit the Vineyard, which is located at Skywalker Ranch in California.
You also get a Star Wars backpack, water bottle, other gifts and a Hyperspace-themed room decoration, as well as a themed escort off of the ship. Though additional details about the escort are unknown.
