Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban shared a passionate moment on the Met Gala carpet

The loved-up couple leaned into each other as they appeared at the star-studded event in New York City.

Nicole Kidman, 55, was one of the first Hollywood stars to grace the 2023 Met Gala carpet in a gorgeous light pink gown.

The Moulin Rouge star and her husband Keith Urban, 55, strutted the red carpet together in New York City hand-in-hand.

The pair packed on the PDA in front of the photographers at the lavish event honouring the late Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld.

Nicole, who has worked closely with the Chanel brand over her decades of fame, made a breathtaking appearance in a gown designed for her by none other than Karl himself.

The actress appeared in a 2004 advertising film for Chanel No.5, titled Le Film and directed by Baz Luhrmann who followed shortly behind Nicole on the red carpet.

The world-renowned 180-second advert cost $33million according to the Daily Mail and is still considered one of the most expensive adverts ever made.

The actress appeared in a jaw-dropping light pink gown

Nicole was dripping in sparkles and feathers along with a chiffon shoulder feature draped down to the end of her train.

The gown itself was a touching tribute to the work of honouree Karl Lagerfeld

The breathtaking dress was designed for Nicole by the late Chanel creative director for a 2004 Chanel ad.

Keith Urban sported a debonair suit

The Australian singer appeared in a simple black and white suit with a statement white boutonnière, sticking to the theme in honouring Karl Lagerfeld’s iconic black and white designs.

Later in the evening, Nicole Kidman also shared a sweet moment with her former director

Baz Luhrmann embraced Nicole after helping the actress unfurl her train.
