Olivia and Alex Bowen enjoy first family holiday with baby Abel in Mykonos

Olivia and Alex Bowen seem to have settled into parenthood smoothly as the pair were spotted on their first holiday with baby boy Abel.

Olivia gave birth to their first child in June and has since been documenting much of motherhood on social media – including their first trip abroad with the tot.

The Love Island pair, who recently celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary, jetted off to Mykonos, Greece, with Abel and appear to have had a blast.

In one snap of doting dad Alex, 30, he beamed holding his son who could be seen wearing an adorable sun hat with ears.

In another photo, Olivia and Alex went for a stroll with Abel’s pram which was armed with an umbrella and small fan to keep the tot cool in the Greek sunshine.

New mum Olivia, 28, cut a casual figure in a beige crop top and matching shorts paired with sunglasses and white sandals.

Meanwhile Alex wore a black t-shirt and cap, paired with beige shorts and trainers.

Olivia has been documenting their trip on social media and has shared a series of snaps of the trio enjoying themselves.

In one photo, the mum-of-one, her hubby Alex and baby Abel were pictured on a boat with beautiful sea views behind them.

In another snap shared by Alex, he proved that fatherhood suits him as he grinned at the camera with his son on his lap while he wrapped his arm around Olivia who was standing next to them.

While it's currently all happy families with the Bowens, Abel’s birth didn’t go as smoothly as planned with Olivia admitting that Alex found it “more traumatic than me”.

Olivia took part in a Q&A session with her Instagram followers where many quizzed her about motherhood and how she's been getting on.

"did alex cry when you gave birth?" one follower asked the mum-of-one last month, prompting her to open up about her birthing experience.

"I'm sure he won't mind me saying but Alex found the birth more traumatic than me I think. He hates seeing me in pain & not being able to do anything about it," Olivia admitted.

"He was my rock throughout he was so calm on the exterior to me, but I know he got upset & took himself away from the situation a few times so he didn't do it in front of me."

"We both cried when he was here. It was nearly two days so we were both just exhausted but so happy," she added with a red heart emoji.
