Our Yorkshire Farm star Amanda Owen regularly keeps fans updated on social media as she gives fans an insight into her day-to-day life working behind the scenes. The Channel 5 star took to Twitter and shared a candid snap as the mum-of-nine share attempted to climb a high wall.
The 46-year-old showcased her toned physique as Amanda sported a pair of shorts which she teamed with a crop top.
The small-screen star shared her adventurous side as she added a pair of trainers to her attire.
Once Amanda reached the top of the wall, she posted a selfie while showing off her very taut abs.
In view of her 169,000 followers, she penned: “On another level. It isn’t entirely without reason that we’re climbing the walls.
“Opening the forking holes (once used for forking loose hay in with a pitchfork off a pike bogey).
“We need to let in light so we can see to clear out any old hay before we fill the barns again.”
The post swiftly gained a huge number of likes, as one social media user offered a warning to Amanda.
The person in question wrote: “Pop some clothes on, those horse flies have an evil bite.”
Amanda replied: “No clegs yet, just midges on an evening.”
Horseflies, also known as clegs, have razor-sharp jaws and can inflict a very painful bite if stung.
Midges are small insects that often thrive in humid conditions and are also known to bite.
Meanwhile, other social media users shared their shock that Amanda was a mother of nine children following the photos.

After coming across a book about rural life, Amanda fell in love with the idea and resolved to be a shepherdess.
She met her husband Clive – who is more than two decades her senior – when she was 21.
They went on to have an extraordinary number of children, with Amanda having been breastfeeding nearly non-stop for 15 years.
