Paige Turley addresses fan theory that shes broken up with Love Island boyfriend Finn

Love Island winner Paige Turley has responded to rumours suggesting that she has broken things off with her boyfriend Finley Tapp.

Back in 2020, Paige Turley starred on the first winter series of Love Island and was eventually crowned the winner with partner and semi-professional footballer Finely Tapp.

In recent months, the 25 year old singer, who reached the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent, has documented her travels on Instagram since jetting off around the globe.

While fans have adored the gorgeous snaps, many questioned where Finley was during her travels.

Naturally, this sparked rumours they were no longer together.

Paige has now responded to the rumours, taking to her Instagram story for a relatively funny sketch in her car.

Addressing the camera directly, she said: “I'm not being funny, if I get one more message going 'Where's Finn? Where's Finn?'

She then jokingly added: "I hope he's still in the cage in the living room where I left him. Or at least he f****** should be."

The West Lothian singer has spoken openly about the success of Love Island in the past, urging more people to meet partners the “old fashioned way.”

She explained: “We found love on the show. We are proof the whole idea of Love Island does work.

"We’ve been together for two-and-a-half years and are still going strong. For us, the show did exactly what it said on the tin.

“We are not the only success stories – look at Jamie Jewitt and Camilla Thurlow from season three who are married and have just had their second baby.”

She continued to say that spending time alone in the sun and without a phone ultimately leads to a better connection.

Dubbing “the art of conversation” the old-fashioned way, Paige added: “Being locked away for several weeks in the sun without a phone, the internet or social media is extremely liberating and allows people to get to know each other the old fashioned way – through the art of conversation.

"Going back to basics and having to chat face to face means you can make stronger bonds.

“Hopefully there will be two islanders this year who will couple up on the show and survive outside the villa. That would be so lovely to see.”
