Please Come Look at These Manicures From the 2021 Billboard Music Awards

The 2021 Billboard Music Awards is actually being  produced in person this year, so the stars and their teams came together to make everyone presentable for 4K TV, high-res press pit photos, and, of course, social media. The beauty moments this evening have been predictably exciting, and we've been meticulously taking in everything, down to the nails. And yes, the stars definitely came through to give us a few good manicure moments, as they always do.

Indeed, the nail enthusiasts had plenty to admire this evening, but just so you don't have to go looking, we brought them all here for you to enjoy in one place.

Behold, the coolest manicures we saw on the Billboard Music Awards red carpet.

You didn't think Saweetie was going to step out with some basic nails, did you? Never. The rapper turned out to the ceremony with a perfectly pink manicure to match her fairytale princess gown. She was all too happy to show off her set of super-long, rectangle-shaped claws. At the base of each nail is a huge teardrop-shaped gem, because, well, bling is a must.

I'm an old millennial, so the only black tongue I acknowledged ever was from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs — that is, until tonight when Machine Gun Kelly showed up to the BBMAs with his tongue dyed black. Maybe he's a fan too? Regardless, the artist had another cool accessory of sorts this evening — his nails.

As he showed the world what was going on inside his mouth, he was sure to show us what was on his fingertips: A black-and-white slanted checkered design, with a half-white, half-black pinky nail — the lone almond-shaped digit of the bunch.

Cynthia Erivo's nails are giving that 'round the way vibe with a spring twist. The actor's coffin-shaped set has a translucent, silvery-white base with pastel flowers painted on the top two-thirds of each nail.

I see some red nails and I want them painted black — or whatever the Rolling Stones said. Regardless, H.E.R.'s manicurist, Chaun Peth, gave the singer a neat and sweet glossy black mani, courtesy in OPI's Black Onyx shade.

Priyanka Chopra's manicurist Kimmie Kyees went with a neutral theme for the evening, combining three different OPI colors — Suzi's Slinging Mezcal, I'm an Extra, and Barefoot in Barcelona — to create this set that went well with the golden, champagne goodness the actor was serving this evening. A few well-placed rhinestones brought the entire look together.
