Prince William and Kate Middleton are officially celebrating their 10-year anniversary today! Feel old yet? (I certainly do!) It literally feels like yesterday when we all collectively watched their royal wedding play out on BBC, but a decade later, Will and Kate are marking the momentous occasion with super cute beach day posts and expensive gifts. William and Kate still aren’t on the best terms with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, but they did receive a nice message from them for their big day.
According to Hello!, Meghan and Harry congratulated William and Kate for their 10th anniversary and “sent their well wishes to William and Kate in private.” Though it wasn’t specified where the correspondence took place—over the phone, email, Zoom call, a handwritten card—it’s a step in the right direction for the Fab Four repairing their relationship in light of Harry and Meghan’s tell-all interview with Oprah.

After the Oprah interview aired, royal reporter Katie Nicholl told Entertainment Tonight that William was “devastated by this interview” and had a big problem that Meghan and Harry brought up Kate during their sit down. “Don’t forget that the Duchess of Cambridge is being dragged into this whole saga and William will hate that,” Katie added. “I think that the idea that Kate’s being dragged into this will be upsetting for Kate, who behind the scenes has tried really hard to be a peacemaker between William and Harry. She has been deeply saddened by the brothers’ falling-out. Don’t forget she was incredibly close to Harry herself.”
So glad that Harry and Meghan are taking some small baby steps to repairing their relationship with William and Kate!
