Princess Eugenie has delighted fans with a series of unseen snaps with sister Beatrice to mark the mum-of-one’s 34th birthday.
Beatrice celebrates her special day on 8th August, and Eugenie took to Instagram to pay tribute to her sibling.
Eugenie, 32, wrote: “Happy Birthday to my special big sissy. Love you so much”, followed by a string of celebratory emojis.
In the first photo, Eugenie and Beatrice posed side-by-side as they both beamed at the camera.
The second photo also featured Zara Tindall and saw the three Royals all pose for a selfie. Beatrice rested her chin on Zara’s shoulder as she pouted, while the mum-of-three gave a pensive look to the camera. Meanwhile, Eugenie peeped her head into the frame so all three of them could fit in the photo.
A third photograph showed the siblings during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations on the same day Eugenie debuted her new subtle tattoo, as the final snap was of the pair attending the launch of 32 year old Eugenie’s podcast earlier this year.
Some of Eugenie’s 1.6 million Instagram followers flocked to the comments section of her post to also wish Beatrice a happy birthday.
“Birthday love from Pakistan,” wrote one follower, as someone else said: “Happy birthday Princess Beatrice”.
“Happy Birthday to Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice!!!” said another, while a fourth penned: “Happiest Birthday, Dearest Beloved Princess Bea ! Thank you for sharing with us, Dearest Beloved Princess Euge !”
Eugenie’s gushing post to Beatrice comes after the mum-of-one attended The United Nations’ second Ocean Conference last month.
Sharing snaps of her visit, she wrote: “The @unitednations second Ocean Conference took place last week and I was lucky enough to go to listen and learn about what's happening across the world, the importance of our healthy oceans and all the things we can do to help it survive and flourish.
“Sometimes it's easy to feel helpless so I wanted to share just some of the actions and promises from the conference as examples of how we can work together for a flourishing ocean…”.
Eugenie then proceeded to give examples, one being Australia “committing $1.2 billion to preserving and restoring the Great Barrier Reef”.
“Greece committed to reduce single use plastic beverage and food containers by 60% by 2026; cutting plastic litter in the ocean by 50% by 2030,” she added.
