Karren Brady, 52, has offered her sympathies to Alice Evans,50, since her public split from estranged husband Ioan Grufford, 48. However, these sympathies were not without some hard earned advice from Karren herself.
Alice, we feel your pain over Ioan but best stay off Twitter.

Taking to Twitter earlier this week, Alice publicly aired her marriage woes.
She said: “So it turns out that my husband, after two years of telling me I’m a bad person and I’m not exciting and he no longer wants to have sex with me and he just wants to be on set abroad… has been in a relationship for THREE YEARS behind all our backs.
“Good luck, Bianca.”
In Karren’s latest column with The Sun, she has offered advice to Alice on publicly shaming her 20 year marriage.
She said: “Alice, we feel your pain over Ioan but best stay off Twitter.”
The Twitter outrage came after Ioan went public with his new girlfriend Bianca Wallace on Instagram on Wednesday.
He used an image of the pair laughing on what seems like a set with the caption: “Thank you for making me smile again @iambiancawallace.”
Karren was outraged by this saying: “Do they really need to rub her nose in it by posting about their happiness on Instagram?”

However, although Karren understands Alice’s grief she does think there are ways she should go about expressing it.
She said: “No matter how painful a separation is, I would gently suggest that in an ideal world, your grieving would be best done in private and not on social media.
“I am so sorry for Alice going through what she says feels like the biggest grief she has ever experienced.
Karren added: “But if I could give her some unsolicited advice it would be this: Put your phone down and perhaps consider talking to your friends instead of Twitter.”
Alice announced the split from her husband in January on Twitter with a series of tweets.
She said in view of her 31,800 followers: “Sad news. My beloved husband/soulmate of 20 years, Ioan Gruffudd, has announced he is leaving his family, starting next week.
“Me and our young daughters are very confused and sad. We haven’t been given a reason except that he ‘no longer loves me’. I’m so sorry.”
Since then Alice claims she has had radio silence from Ioan.
In a separate set of tweets on Saturday night Alice also wrote that several of her friends had met Bianca and that they had been aware of their romance.
She said: “I have just found out that all his friends and family were in on it and had met her etc. Gobsmacked again, And nobody thought it would be a good idea for him to let us know?
“I think they came out to our friends as a couple probably two years ago, nice.”
Ioan and Alice first met in 2000 while co-starring in 102 Dalmatians, and are parents to two little girls, Ella Betsi, born in 2009, and Elsie Marigold, who arrived in 2013.
