In the first public outing following a robbery at her Encino Hills, California home that left her ‘traumatized,’ ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star is seen covering her face in her gray hoodie.
AceShowbiz –Dorit Kemsley is attempting to remain hidden from the public eye after a terrifying robbery. In the first public sighting, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was seen hiding under her hoodie.
On Thursday, October 28, the 45-year-old reality star was spotted outside wearing a gray hoodie that covered her face while heading into her home. In photos surfacing online, she could be seen having her phone in one hand.
Her public sighting came less than a day after the burglary occurred at her Encino Hills, California home. The incident happened on October 27 at 10:50 P.M. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the three male suspects broke into her house by shattering a glass door downstairs while she was sleeping with her children.
After the men got in, Dorit reportedly begged them, “Don’t hurt my babies. Don’t kill me. I’m a mother.” One of the men then allegedly said, “Kill her.” The men reportedly searched the house for 20 minutes before leaving with her jewelry and handbags. The Bravo star then called the police and her husband. A source said she’s “traumatized” by the incident.
Just hours before she became the victim of a home invasion, Dorit showed off and gushed about her pricey wardrobe in an episode of “RHOBH”. During the episode, the Beverly Beach designer walked through her massive closet which featured high-end brands such as Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton and Christian Louboutin. “I’m really particular. I want to wear what I want to wear, and it’s just easier. I just think, ‘I’ll buy it,’ ” she told the viewers.
Dorit and her husband, Paul Kemsley, have been living in the 9,000-square-foot home since 2019. They purchased it for $6.475 million. The mansion features “6 bedrooms, 7 full and 3 half baths. Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a backyard with a pool, cabana, putting green, and a sports court. Additional features include a screening room and 3-car garage,” according to a post on social media when it was listed for sale.
