After his beard went grey during lockdown, Rio Ferdinand has revealed that he dyed it all one colour because he isn't a fan of the two-toned colour look.
The football pundit, who said wife Kate has adjusted to being a mum, said that despite using hair dye, he isn't ashamed of ageing.
Speaking to The Sun, the 42 year old said: "I dye my beard sometimes, I get grey hairs there. I dye it. I think it just looks better.
"I'm not ashamed of having grey hair, I don't care, but it looks better if it's all one colour.

"As a sportsman, you have to accept missing milestones whereas it's reversed a little bit now; my family is the centrepoint of everything.
"Any job I take, they are very much made aware of the family dynamics now because that's where my life is at right now. So this is like doing it for the first time properly, so it's really nice in that sense," he explained.
