Stacey Solomon has announced her baby girl’s name after days of keeping fans in suspense.
The Loose Women presenter gave birth to her second child with fiance Joe Swash on October 4, which happened to be Stacey’s birthday.
However, the couple waited to settle on a name for their baby girl in order to choose the right one.
Well, they have, and their baby girl is named: ‘Rose Opal Esme Solomon-Swash.
Sharing the news with adorable new photos of the newborn, Stacey wrote in the caption: ‘🌹Rose🌹 Opal, Esmè Solomon-Swash. ♥️ Our beautiful flower – Our precious jewel – who is ever loved. It’s been the most magical week. We love you to the moon and back our little Rose 🥺🌹.’
She added: ‘We feel so so lucky to have you here… Thank you all for your loveliness, your kindness and just being there at 3am for a chat it’s been the best. Love you all 🌹♥️.’
Rose is the couple’s second child together and their first daughter, with three older brothers including Stacey’s two sons from a previous relationship.

Stacey had earlier teased fans on the name, saying: ‘We’ve been calling her [that name] and a couple of others for the last few days and it’s this one, just feels like it is definitely who she is.’
She added that she and Joe would soon be choosing a middle name ‘while we walk in the garden’, rightfully hinting at a flower or nature-based middle name for the baby girl.
‘I can’t wait to share it with you,’ the proud mum told fans.
Delighted dad Joe also took to Instagram Stories where he shared a rarer update of his life, with a montage of his kids and wife and the words: ‘Lots of you asking where I’ve been.
‘Just been having the best week of my life. Trying to make myself useful to be honest,’ he joked.
‘Giving all our big boys as much love as I can and looking after our girls.
‘It’s just been so amazing to do this all again. And to see the boys fall in love with their sister. Our daughter.
‘Still doesn’t feel real.’
