Stacey Solomon, 33, has divided the opinion of her 5.4 million Instagram followers over her Autumnal decorative piece, which she made herself and hung above a desk at her Essex home. She shared the new Pampas Grass Wall display with her fans, some of whom were less convinced by the DIY creation.
The Loose Women star filmed herself putting together a large wing-shaped display with Pampas Grass and dried flowers.
However, her followers seemed deeply worried by the feature.
Rayla-hayward1 wrote: “Will that grass not die and fall out?”
Xxxdebdebxxx penned: “I luv it. But you do know there full of fleas don’t you.”
Despite the concerns, however, most of her fans were full of praise and encouragement for the star.
Thekatelawler wrote: “I can’t even make a cheese toastie, how do you do this s*** Stacey?!”
Missgreedyshome said: “Make me one please & thankyou.”
Loulouslikes commented: “Stacey you make me smile so hard. This is beautiful.”
Stacey also added some text to the wall, which read: “Let Your Dreams Be Your Wings… I made a thing, I’m super proud of it. So I thought I’d put it on here.
“Pampas grass from farmer Scott’s garden (love him), a couple of dried flowers, some chicken wire and a special label from my sister.”
It comes in time for Halloween, and not long after Stacey set up and decorated her house for the festive occasion.
The family didn’t spare any expenses when decorating their home for the spooky season, despite Stacey’s earlier concerns about the cost of living crisis.
The star decorated the front of her house with pumpkins and squashes, as well as red and orange flowers.
In the garden, the family placed a row of skeletons, which Stacey joked were providing “brilliant childcare”.
The front door looked stunning with a large autumnal arch made of orange leaves and fairy lights.
Stacey shared the adorable family snaps in front of the house with Joe and her children; daughter Rose, nine months, Rex, two, Zach, 14, and Leighton, 10, in view of her 5 million followers.
She captioned the picture: “Halloween At Pickle Cottage our favourite family tradition…
“There’s so many of us now you can’t even see the door.”
Although Stacey may have invested in some items for the decorative addition, she is also known for her expertise in arts and crafts, so some were likely to have been handmade with little cost.
