Steph McGovern, 38, took her 16-month-old daughter to a baby sensory class this evening, but came unstuck when she had to take her shoes off and reveal her humorous socks, which featured several pairs of breasts. The presenter shared the mishap on her Instagram Story this evening.
In view of her 12,000 followers, she wrote: “At a baby sensory place. Forgot I’d have to take my shoes off.
“Feel like a right t*t,” she added. “#Sockhorror”.
It’s not the first time Steph has experienced a humorous parenting mishap in recent weeks.
Taking to Twitter, the presenter said she had a to make a swift outfit change after her daughter made a mess, just before leaving the house.
She wrote: “Day 2. This morning my baby decided to squish watermelon into my shirt and wee on my leg just as I was leaving.”
“I’m hoping this is a good sign for the day ahead,” she added.
The host regularly gives fans an update about her home life on Twitter.
In a relatable parenting admission this month, she said her daughter had been “grabbing everything” at home.
Speaking to Zoe Ball on her BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show, she said: “Yeah she’s good, she’s at that point now where she literally grabs everything.
“So we’ve just put all the little cupboard locks on because it’s chaos now.
“Every time I think a room’s tidy, I walk in two minutes later and it’s just chaos, my handbag is currently spread across the floor!”
Steph gave birth to her first daughter, who she shares with her girlfriend, in 2019.

The presenter has not publicly revealed the name of her mystery partner or their child.
In October, the former BBC Breakfast star discussed why she prefers to keep her family life out of the public eye.
She said: “It’s not like I’m ashamed of anything in my life.
“It’s more a case of, ‘I’m trying to lead as normal a life as I can’.”
Steph went on to say her sexuality has never been a problem and that most of her colleagues knew her partner is a female.
“I just want to do my job and I know that my job comes under certain scrutiny, and profile,” Steph continued in an interview with Suzi Ruffell on her podcast Called Out.
“I just think that the less I talk about my private life, the less I can be asked about it.”
