Stephen Bear has been caught once again breaking quarantine after he stepped out to buy petrol – without wearing a mask.

He recently reportedly bragged to The Sun: "I am God. Rules do not apply to me. I have super human powers and I am part of the Illuminati”.

Now the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant has caused yet more controversy after flouting his isolation period for a second time.

He is supposed to stay inside after arriving back from a trip to Dubai on Friday 15 January.

However, he failed to self-isolate for 10 days, a requirement under UK law for those travelling back from the UAE.

  • Stephen Bear says he spent 15 hours in police custody on his birthday 'after being charged with harassment and exposure'

  • Stephen Bear 'released on bail' after being 'arrested at Heathrow Airport following his arrival into the UK'

He was arrested at London's Heathrow Airport on suspicion of the disclosure of sexual photographs without consent, and was snapped smiling as he went out to buy food a day after he was released.

After making claims that he is above the law to The Sun, he then went out to buy petrol – six days after getting home.

He also sarcastically told the publication last week: "Everyone else should stay at home and not go M&S and buy some food. They should sit at home and starve."

Refusing to cover his mouth and nose with a protective face mask during his latest outing, he strolled about on the forecourt carefree.

He filled up his £60,000 Mercedes with petrol at a Morrisons Local garage wearing shorts and a jumper.

The 31 year old then went inside to pay and buy a coffee and didn't put a mask on.

Bear was arrested minutes after touching down at Heathrow airport last week and later went on a YouTube rant reeling off what he claims he was charged with.

He said to the camera: "Where do I f**king start? I'm back from Dubai and I've actually got a criminal case over my head. I've been charged with some s**t, man.

"I've been charged from the Essex police with harassment, obstruct police officer, exposure and voyeurism.

"So let's start with the first one. Harassment doesn't sound good does it? Exposure. Not too sure what exposure means.

"Obstructing a police officer. What do you reckon I did? Do you reckon I got in his way?

"So the thing is with voyeurism because I've been to Dubai and I've gone on a voyage – I'm getting nicked for travelling to Dubai because I've been on a voyage.

"Do you blame Captain Cook for sailing the seven seas? No you don't. So right now I can't talk about the case.

"It's under investigation. I'm on bail until 2 February. So right now they've got my passport."

However, a spokesperson for Essex police confirmed there have been no charges in connection in the investigation.

They said in a statement: "A 31-year-old man from Loughton, who was arrested on suspicion of disclosing private sexual images or film without consent with intent to cause distress, voyeurism, harassment and obstructing a police officer, has been released on bail until 10 February."
