Sue Radford addresses criticism ahead of another family holiday

22 Kids And Counting slammed over ‘tone deaf’ remarks

Sue Radford responded to a critic yesterday after she had posted asking for suggestions on what to do in Miami.

The 22 Kids and Counting star seems to be preparing to take her huge brood on another exciting holiday, just a month after recently whisking her grandchildren away to Disney World Florida.

On her Instagram Story, Sue asked: “Anyone been to Miami, looking for things to do.”

One commenter replied: “It’s not a great place to take kids.”

In response, Sue revealed she had booked a “villa” for the large family away “from the city centre”.

The beloved mum was left “bored” last month by repeated questions asking where the family got the money to pay for their trip to Florida.

Sue said they had received “so many messages and questions” about their recent holiday across the Atlantic and decided to take part in a Q&A with fans on Instagram.

Morecambe-based Sue and her husband Noel Radford took some of their children and grandchildren to Disney for the fourth time in a year.

The brood, who star in Channel 5’s 22 Kids and Counting, enjoyed a series of exciting trips, adventures and activities before flying back to the UK.

The family spent most of their holiday exploring the various park attractions but decided to dedicate one of their days to going to the beach, and they also had plenty of fun splashing in the pool at their accommodation.

Upon arriving back home, Sue invited her 515,000 followers to ask her questions on Instagram.

Among the dozens of responses included several queries about how they funded the trip and if they received any freebies.

One person said: “Did Tui let you have the holiday for free? For sure you ain’t paid!” (sic)

Sue responded: “Definitely not no, we paid for the whole trip.”

Someone else asked: “Where did the money come from to pay for this holiday?”

The mum responded with nine yawning emojis, implying boredom, adding: “Really?”

She answered yet another question which read: “Was any part of the holiday gifted.”

Sue responded by once again confirming: “No we paid for our holiday.”

The family have their very own small business, the Radford Pie company and operate this from near their Morecambe home.

The only benefits Sue and Noel claim are Child Benefits, as the family enjoy their income from the family bakery
