Sydney Sweeney channeled Old Hollywood this weekend in the most glamorous red-carpet dress and dazzling diamond jewelry.
The actress was on the star-studded guest list for the Hollywood Critics Association TV Awards, which took place last Saturday in Beverly Hills.
Sweeney was a vision in a vintage Mugler minidress in deep green velvet. The rare piece, designed in 1981, featured billowing sleeves that fell below her shoulders and a sweetheart neckline with elegant spikes that framed her bust. Flared layers gave the skirt volume, and a large, built-in square belt cinched the actress’s waist.
Stylist Molly Dickson found the dress at New York Vintage and styled it with a pair of metallic silver pointed-toe stilettos with black detailing by Jimmy Choo and De Beers diamond jewelry. Pieces included the brand’s pear-shaped diamond earrings, the Volute diamond ring, the Enchanted Lotus cocktail ring set, the DB Classic eternity round brilliant diamond line necklace, and three matching round diamond bracelets.
Hairstylist Glen Coco Oropeza styled Sweeney’s hair in a messy ballerina bun with loose strands framing her face, while makeup artist Melissa Hernandez gave the actress a natural rosy look and dark, smoky cat-eye.
The Euphoria star shared photos of the look on Instagram and wrote in the post caption, “✨Last night for the HCA Awards in vintage @muglerofficial ✨.”
