Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are planning to spend Christmas with the royal family amid Queen Elizabeth’s recent hospitalization. According to a source who spoke to Us Weekly, Harry is “hoping to go back home for Christmas with Meghan, if not before so that she can finally get to meet Lilibet and see Archie again.”
The same source said that the Queen’s recent hospitalization sent Harry into “panic mode” and that he “felt helpless being 5,000 miles away in Montecito and has been checking-in non-stop with her.”
The Sun had previously reported that the Queen’s staff were undecided about inviting Harry to Christmas, with an insider saying “there has also been discussion about Christmas—and whether an invitation should be sent to Harry and Meghan, after they spurned one last year.”
Meanwhile, royal biographer Angela Levin, who wrote Harry: Biography of a Prince, recently said that the royals still have trust issues with Harry and Meghan—especially due to their rumored Netflix documentary and Harry’s upcoming memoir.
I mean…sounds like Harry just wants to visit his grandma, so hopefully everyone can set aside their drama and enjoy a nice holiday together!
