When celebrating his girlfriend’s latest milestone, the ‘Seconds of Pleasure’ singer is jokingly ‘screaming’ from the mountaintops about how much he loves her.
AceShowbiz –Van Hunt makes sure Halle Berry receives more love on her latest milestone. As the “Moonfall” actress turned 56 on Sunday, August 14, the “Seconds of Pleasure” singer took to social media to give a birthday tribute to his “wonderful” girlfriend.
Making use of Instagram, the musician shared a compilation of Halle’s photos and video. In the caption, he wrote, “hi, baby. it’s ur bday, and against ur wishes i am screaming it to the mountaintops, and celebrating with the world the wonderful, loving, funny, and life-giving force you are. (H)appy (B)irthday, boo. i love you with everything i got.”
The post did not go unnoticed by Halle, who replied in the comment section, “thank you my sweetheart. i love you more than words can express- you are my person, that’s a FACT !” She then raved, “you are real silly for that freddie prince mustache pic tho !!!”
On New Year, the “John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum” star and the crooner sparked marriage rumors after she shared a photo of the two kissing at what appeared to be an altar. However, he debunked the speculation one day afterward. Posting a picture of a man diving into the water head first, the singer jokingly wrote, “me after finding out i’m not really married to Halle Berry.”
In late January, Halle revealed that her son Maceo held a “commitment ceremony” for her and her beau. “My son, Maceo, of his own volition did this little commitment ceremony for us in the back seat of the car. I think he finally sees me happy, and it’s infectious. It was his way of saying, This is good. I like this. This makes me happy,” she told AARP at that time.
“It was a very real moment for all of us. I teared up, Van was fighting back tears. Even Maceo knew he’d said something poignant. It meant a lot to us,” she went on gushing. “I have two children with two different fathers. Van has a son. As a mom living this modern, blended family, all I care about is that my kids are OK with the decisions I’m making.”
