Aliens with super-advanced predator tech could wipe out life ‘in a heartbeat’

An invasion from aliens in possession of super-predator technology could “wipe out life in a heartbeat”, a UFO expert has warned.

Nick Pope, who investigated UFOs for the British Government, claims that if humans ever come into contact with extraterrestrial life, the species will likely be millions or even billions of years ahead of us.

Describing the "unimaginable" technology gap to The Sun Pop said: “When European explorers encountered Native Americans, it was guns and horses against bows and arrows.

“If we face an alien invasion, it would be stealth fighters against bows and arrows, and even that is understating the technology that they would have.

“Their technology would be indistinguishable from magic. It’s almost unimaginable. The weapons that an alien civilization may have could wipe out life in a heartbeat."

Pope speculated that the universe could be home to trillions of various civilizations but there is no way of knowing whether they are friendly or hostile.

The researcher has previously warned that humans are “toast” if even one hostile species make it to Earth.

He said: "It only takes the existence of one super predator species and you’re in trouble.

“If we are being visited, a civilization that has figured out viable interstellar travel is going to be able to crack this planet open like a nut if they wanted to.”
