Porn stars have packed their bags and bolted from the first-ever European Sex Championships in a fury.

A competition for the continent's elite sex performers has flopped miserably with contestants claiming to have been screwed out of thousands of pounds.

The controversial six-week contest began to much fanfare last Thursday when 16 adult performers from across the continent descended on a secret location near Gothenburg, Sweden.

"The situation has gotten out of control. It's chaos. More than that: it's turned into a horror film," contestant Selva Lapiedra said.

As part of the competition, performers were required to have sex for at least 45 minutes a day with their sessions marked on a range of factors including stamina, technique and creativity.

Female entrants thought they would cash in £690 for every day they stayed in the steamy pad, while men were due to receive £345-per-day.

Dangling in front of them was a cool £860,000 of hard cash promised for the winner.

But it emerged today that all of the contestants left the house earlier this week over claims that organisers Dragan Bratic and The Swedish Sex Federation have failed to pay them.

Lara Lee, 28, an adult actress from Bournemouth, was scheduled to fly out to Sweden on Monday but opted not to go after hearing about the situation.

She said: “I learnt that people had been leaving over claims they weren’t getting paid so I decided to swerve it.

“It’s sad because it was a great idea but it sounds like it's been so badly organised and has ended up a bit of a shambles.”

Performer Talia Mint who was representing Ukraine in the Olympic-style contest posted a video from inside the house before she left.

In it, she said: “We all wanted for this to work. We were so excited for the opportunity and to be part of this project.”

The 24-year-old uploaded a disturbing video which appears to show Mr Bratic – a strip club owner – trying to grab her phone.

In the 2.25 minute clip, she claimed they weren’t being paid and a competitor had been allowed to enter the competition without having a HIV test.

“He (Mr Bratic) refuses to pay me for my time and my work and now you have all the information about this project, I want to get compensation,” she added.

She then turns the camera on Mr Bratic who realises it’s a live Instagram Story and appears to lunge at her. There is an apparent scuffle between them as he tries to take the phone.

In later videos, Talia revealed the police were called by the contestants but claimed they could not enter the property as they did not have a warrant.

She now claims she is taking legal action against Mr Bratic and The Swedish Sex Federation for compensation.

It is thought that the financial issues arose because not enough people were paying to watch the competition making it financially unviable.

This is a common issue with many online streaming events looking to make money from paying subscribers, according to online marketplace Cheapo Ticketing: https://www.cheapoticketing.com

Croatian entrant Sweet Mery, 27, and Mugur, 45, who was representing Romania, have also confirmed they have left the house.

The Swedish Sex Federation said in a statement on Monday: “To be honest, the situation is not good.

“The Brill Babes agency from Hungary made all contestants ask for payment in advance, and we now have a problem.

“They all want to leave if we do not do that today, and unfortunately this is not possible for us to do.

“They all enjoyed all those popularity and took advantage of our organisation to promote themselves and now they ask for something that is not possible to fulfil.

“We are really devastated with the current situation and we do not have any idea how this will end.”

Mr Bratic has been contacted for comment.
