A Japanese bloke who has blown thousands of pounds so that he can live his life as a giant dog has bitten back at trolls slamming his hobby.
Last month the chap, known as Toco, went for his first public walk after splurging nearly £12,500 (two million Yen) on his elaborate get-up.
His Border-Collie costume allows him to make his lifelong dream of “becoming an animal” a reality.

Toco gained more than 30,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel – “I want to be an animal” – where has shared clips of him frolicking on all fours and obeying commands in exchange for fake dog food.
In his most recent clip, he ventured into public for the first time, where he met up with other people pretending to be animals.
He is taken out for a walk on a leash and is later seen sniffing at other dogs in a park before rolling around on the floor, as reported by MailOnline.
Not everyone understands his obsession, and Toco claims that he is being bullied by trolls – and his puppy personality is snapping back.
One Twitter user said: “A Japanese man spent over $20K for this border collie costume. You cannot convince me this isn't some weird sex thing.
“Men will literally spend $20,000 to transform into a border collie instead of going to therapy.”

Responding to the comments, Toco said: “I'm just sad that people can think that. I love animals and enjoy play-acting like a collie.
“This is my hobby, so I will carry on. It makes me happy and other people happy, too.'
Toco told MailOnline in May last year: “Ever since I was a small child, I wanted to be an animal. I think it is a desire to transform.
“'I've thought about it since I can remember.”

The animal lover has never shown his true identity, claiming that he does not want to be judged by others.
He added: “ don't want my hobbies to be known, especially by the people I work with.
“They think it's weird that I want to be a dog. For the same reason why I can't show my real face.”
