Charity shop workers spotted a man receiving oral sex on the street in the middle of an afternoon, a court has heard.
Prosecutor Liz Tweed told Oxford Magistrates Court on February 21 how shop assistants saw a woman giving Jake Smith, 32, oral sex in the heart of Oxford last April at around 4pm.
The woman “lowered herself down to the general waist area of Mr Smith, who was standing, and – basically – started having oral sex with Mr Smith", the prosecutor told the court.

Liz added: “It only lasted for a very short while and the couple then moved apart”.
The prosecutor made it clear that the staff members luckily never saw Jake’s “sexual organ”.
Jake, who represented himself in court, pleaded guilty to a charge of outraging public decency, and was given four weeks in prison.
The court ordered him to serve this alongside a 32 month sentence he was given for burglary last year
Appearing before the magistrates’ court via video link from HMP Five Wells, Wellingborough, he asked the judge to “just get it over with”.

During mitigation, he told the court: “It is what it is”.
Jake isn’t the only one who enjoys a bit of al fresco sex from time to time.
The Daily Star reported yesterday (February 21) that a couple was filmed having sex on a busy beach in south Australia while children were running around.
Local police said they would not be pressing charges, despite being aware of the incident.
Weirdly enough, the person who caught the raunchy act on tape might be the one who ends up getting in trouble instead of the couple.
Legal experts told local media that the person who filmed the lewd act could be in trouble for breaching the state’s privacy laws.
In South Australia, it is an offence to engage in humiliating or degrading filming or taking and sharing a sexual or intimate image of someone without their consent.
