A massive 80-metre-long penis mown into a West Country meadow has been spotted from space using satellite images.
The large phallic shape was snapped near Swindon by the satellite-mounted cameras used to make Bing Maps.
The penis appeared on a field behind a row of houses on Marlborough Road in Wroughton, stretching out longer than a nearby path.
The marking is huge, measuring 80 metres long and 20 metres across at its widest point.
While scrolling around maps of the area one astonished local from Swindon saw the phallic design "poking out" at him.
Google Maps shows a more recent aerial view of the area with no penis imagery in sight.
But Bing's version still has the old rural landscape capturing the image in all its glory.
While often crop circles are found to be the work of artistically-minded pranksters, sometimes the culprits are stranger still.
A tour guide in Australia recently claimed local crop circles were the result of wallabies getting high on opium poppies.
Mr Hewison said: “A lot of people think crop circles are fake but the crop circles we have here in Tasmania are very much real.
“Some of the local wallaby population get into these opiate-rich poppy fields, they have a bit of a chew on what is essentially pure codeine and morphine and jump around in a circle, leaving a nice little crop circle and then they pass out.
“Wallabies are more trippy than skippy.”
